This solution aims to improve the condition of soils and stimulate their biological activity while reducing water and chemical use in areas such as crops, forestry, viticulture, etc. Additionally, Terra Fertilis Biochar provides smart ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Indeed, biochar can adsorb and thus reduce the leaching of beneficial nutrients, which improves their bioavailability for plants. The use of chemical fertilizers is then reduced or unnecessary. Terra Fertilis® Soil Fertilizer, which is made up of more than 90% carbon, contributes to enhancing carbon storage.

The Environmental Benefits

  • Retains water up to 3 times its weight
  • More than 90% carbon-based
  • 1 ton of Terra Fertilis® = 3.4 tons of sequestered CO2
