Finally, the entire process is measured and analyzed so that anyone can easily evaluate their sustainability investment.
The Environmental Benefits
- •Users are twice as positive to switch to walking instead of taking the car, 76% more positive to switch to cycling and 62% more positive to switch to electric, gas or hybrid car, carpooling or co-driving
The Financial Benefits
- •If a municipality can encourage as little as 1 000 people to take the bike or walk instead of the car 50% of the time, they would reduce CO2 emissions with 180 kg per day, saving €126 per day or almost €46 000 a year
