- •Producing 265 tonnes of steel using the standard scenario emits 1790 tonnes CO2-eq more than the same quantity produced using the solar furnace scenario

- •0 use of refined materials, 0 use of ressources from the planet, no fossil fuels
- •165 times less CO2 equivalent emissions compared to standard steel production
