Our first product MIDAir is an indoor air purifier system, based on water and plants, biomimicking how rain cleans the air. MIDAir removes pollutants from the indoor air, especially fine and untra-fine particles, pollens, and volatile organic compounds (VOC). Our user experience analysis of air-purifiers shows that air pollution is generating anxiety in users. Plants bring comfort and reassurance. We combine plants with a scientifically robust mechanism, whose effectiveness has already been demonstrated and confirmed by an independent French laboratory. We have also demonstrated that MIDAir has an effect on the aerobiome, that is the air's microbiome. Plants and soil do provide health benefits by boosting the air’s microbial biodiversity.
