The Association's main objective is to support job seekers in returning to employment by promoting their confidence and developing their digital, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills within existing ecosystems.
Its core mission is to support the return to employment by:
• Developing digital, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills
• Facilitating a group dynamic through collective work, which helps to overcome the isolation of job seekers
• Sharing knowledge between trainees from different backgrounds, which allows existing knowledge to be valued
• Providing tailored training to meet specific needs and requirements.
